Hallux Valgus

The State of the Art Technique Procedure for correction for Hallux Valgus!

We are very proud to announce to the world that we would like to introduce to the World the first non-invasive re-engineering programme which can correct the bunion deformity permanently without surgery, no need for injection nor taking any medication.

It is proven success as we can prove it to you with all these pic of before & after treatment which were taken within the first session of only 20 -30 mins. We do it in a package of 10, 20 & 30 sessions to reinforce your muscle memory, to check on your exercise & to rewire your nervous network. Most cases can be significantly corrected within the first 10 sessions and result is highly sustainable.

Compare to surgery, there is no downtime which means after the special treatment, you can walk immediately. What more, you can walk with significant reduction of pain and swelling. You walk with more energy and feeling never so aligned for your whole body in as long as you have this deformity.

Is it congenital?

It is a deformity of the first big toe with enlargement of the first metatarsal joint of the foot with deviation of the big toe towards the 2nd toe. If left untreated, it can get worse & worse with aging. Sometimes if severe enough, the big toe might overlap to the 2nd toe. It can be quite painful and the degree of pain might not be in proportion with the severity of the deformity.

It is more prevalent in women and usually is bilateral, sometimes it can happen to just one foot.

What exactly is Hallux Valgus?

I don’t think so. Have you ever seen a baby having Bunion? It usually started at teen age or in the 20’s. Some might get it in 30’s or 40’s.

Does it run in the family?

Very often it does. Reason is they wear the similar footwear and walk in a similar pattern.

How are we going to correct this deformity without surgery?

Simple! By strengthening the weakened atrophied Abductor Hallucis, make it so strong that it overcome the power of the Adductor Hallucis. Here comes the essence of the programme. We need to rewire your neural network, to revive your muscle memory which you have lost over decades. Most people would exclaim after their first session “Wow, I can bring the big toe out which I have never been able to do in my whole life!”

If it can be corrected within the first session with such significant improvement, why we need a course of 10 - 30 sessions?

We need to reinforce the muscle memory and the neural network. As most cases have the deformity for 10 -40 years or more, the involved muscle might have been severely atrophied that we would need to build it up to keep pace with the new wiring. For the same reason, we suggest our client to continue the programme on a daily basis for optimal result.

Can we wear high heel or Stileto after deformity is corrected?

You can wear whatever shoes you feel comfortable but we suggest you not to wear the same type of shoes all the time.over the weekend. Actually we would highly suggest you discard the shoes which has conformed to the deformed shape as soon as possible. As now your foot has been rewired to a normal aligned shape, wearing the deformed once comfortable shoes would encourage back to the deformed shape. Does that make sense? (Discard over the weekend)

Is it sustainable? Will it go back to the deformed shape?

Yes, it can be sustainable!

Yes, it can go back to the deformed shape. The choice is in you. Why? We teach you the know-how to correct this deformity but this would also need your perseverance to make it happen. It is an interactive process. Your active participation is the most important. No one can force you, no one can substitute your effort. This is actually the attitude to life. You have to take full responsibility of your body.

Are there any side effect?

There is basically no side effect as this is a natural procedure. There is no opening up, no surgical intervention, no medication involved, not even analgesics. It is non steroidal. No external brace nor special footwear to follow.

Is it suggested to wear any external support or special gadgets?

In fact, we strongly against you to continue wear any special gadgets which are just passive correction. Any special gadgets would just further enhance the deformity.

How about flip flops?

We also strongly against you to wear flip flops.

It seems that it is good to wear flip flops for bunion, as the swollen big toe joint is not compressed by the shoes and the 1st & 2nd toe is being passively pushed apart.

Wearing flip flops means you have to work the Adductor Hallucis harder in order to prevent the flip flops from falling off. So a stronger Adductor Hallucis would further enhance your problem and what is worse is ....the partition in between the big toe and 2nd toe is at the base of the joint which would further pushed the big toe in the deviated position.

How often should I do the special programmed exercise?

You are suggested to do it at least twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night before you go to bed. Each last about 10 min. Of course the more hard working, the more committed you are, the better is the result. I have clients who practiced the exercise 3, 4, 5 times in a day and the result is phenomenal.

When can I stop the exercise?

You can give yourself a break when your foot become normal in shape even when you are not exercising the muscle. This means the condition has been stabilized. But please resume the exercise when there is any sign of recurrence.

How does this special re-engineering programme compared to Surgery?

It is a lot less expensive. It does not involve open up the area, so no hazards of getting infection, no need for anesthetics, no downtime. You can walk immediately right after treatment with significant reduction of pain & swelling as compared to surgery which you can’t bear full weight or have to be on crutches for months.

There is no worry of over correction as in surgery as everything is under your own control. It is an active interactive correction. There is no sawing of bones nor transposition of tendon as in some surgery which would severely weakened the foot
